For me, life has always been about the journey and the people you share it with. Prior to starting Curated Grazing Co., I spent years leading guests on incredible adventures across the country as a Cycling Guide. My favorite part of every trip, outside of riding in epic places, was getting to gathering and enjoy delicious local food together. And I am not just talking about the meals we out at, I am referring specifically to the picnic that we would create each week for our guests as the guides. These spreads were vibrant, colorful, homemade with love and were way more than just lunch; they were a chance to connect with new found friends. Conversations flowed effortlessly and bonds formed quickly over fresh ingredients, local flavors, and seasonal goodies. It was here that I realized, true hospitality is about creating these moments of simple, shared joy.

When my fiancé and I decided to plant roots, Fort Collins quite literally called to us to settle down and we knew fairly quickly that it was where we belonged. Here, amidst the mountains and trails that we love exploring, we're getting to build the kind of community we've always dreamed of, thanks to so many of you.

Curated Grazing Co. is a continuation of my passion in my former position. It's an invitation to pause, gather, and connect with the people around you. Our boards and tables are designed not only to feed your guests, but to foster conversation and create beautiful memories with those that you love or are just meeting for the first time.
