Frequently Asked Questions

How long do you need to set up for a Catered Event?

 

Depending on the size of the spread, it can take between 1-2 hours for set up time. We will coordinate proper allotted set up time prior to your event.

Do you provide napkins, utensils and plates?

 

For Grazing tables, we provide napkins, cheese knifes/utensils, compostable plates, and serving tongs all included in the event price.  We are very intentional about the supplies we choose to use to help limit our impact on the environment. That said, if you have reusable plates and utensils you would rather use for our grazing tables, that is not a problem. 

For To-Go Boards, we provide serving utensils, tongs, and napkins, all compostable as well as the board itself. Everything except for plates is included to make serving and clean up super easy.

How do the To-Go Boards work?

You can place an order for a to-go board using our To-Go Board Order Form. Once we confirm the date you provided is feasible (we request a minimum of 3 days notice), then we send a full order invoice via email.

To-go boards are to be picked up on the date requested, but the option for delivery is available for an added $20 charge. Boards are built on compostable palm leaf platters and come with compostable napkins, serving tongs, mini bowls for dips on the board, spoons and knives making clean up easy.

Do you provide a table and tablecloth?

 

We do provide a standard table cloth offering for our grazing tables only, however, if you have something you prefer for us to use, we can do that too.

That said, we do NOT provide tables. Please plan to provide a space large enough for the spread to be set up on. Ideally inside but if it must be outdoors, it should not be in direct sunlight. 

How do you address allergens?

 

As someone with a severe peanut allergy, we take food allergens very seriously. If you know anyone attending that has an allergy, we'd ideally get this information ahead of time to be prepared. 

That said, we always have vegan cheeses, as well as gluten free, nut free options on the table. 

Anything that contains a major allergen, outside of meat and cheeses, are always labeled accordingly. 

All that said, we cannot guarantee the risk of no cross contamination as our kitchen is nothing but Peanut and Shellfish Free. 

What about events for more than 70 people?

 

In order to provide the best service at our high standard,  we only cater smaller, intimate parties up to 70 people. If your party is slightly over that, or there is a special circumstance, please fill out our Party Inquiry Form and we will get back to you with a custom quote.

How do I lock in my event date?

 

Click here to go to our Book Now page to submit a party inquiry with all the details we need to know. We will follow up via email within 48 hours to schedule a 20 min phone or video consultation call to catch through all of the party details. After our call, a 20% non-refundable deposit of the party cost is required in order to secure your event date and time. The remaining deposit is due one week from the event date. Lastly, we make the magic happen!
